Learn to teleport. By this time, I think there are so many sims in the neighborhood that can teleport that it has not been a challenge finding a neighbor to learn this from. The other nice thing about this is they can "learn to teleport" from a sim they have no relationship with.

He gets a big splash to his upper shoulder, then ducks to find a new advantage point. Prepares to aim his next throw.

He gets knocked on his sim bottom. I wonder what he had in that balloon to make the sim fall down.
My final shot is the sim taking one to the.... well you decide the location he took it.
I thought for sure he was going to roll around on the ground and moan. A few seconds of agony and he stood up ready to get back into the game.

The rest of the time was spent on skill building and friendships.
Net worth changed from 19,722 to 20, 358. A massive gain of 636. (snicker). If it hadn't been for the water balloon fight, I wouldn't have anything to post.
